 Purpose of Our Church          Membership         Rental Space
Purpose of Our Church
The avowed purpose of this church shall be to worship God; to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to celebrate the sacraments; to realize Christian fellowship and unity within this Church and the Church Universal; to render loving service toward all people and to strive for righteousness, justice, and peace.   (Articles of Incorporation, article II)
Membership
Membership in this Church shall be open to any person who has been baptized and - either (a) has been confirmed or (b) has been a communicant member of another Christian Church or (c) after special instruction, professes faith in God.
Members shall pledge themselves to attend the regular worship services of this Church, the celebration of the Lord's Supper; to live the Christian life; to share in the life and work of this Church; to contribute to its support and benevolences; and to seek diligently the spiritual welfare of the members and the community.          (Articles of Incorporation, article

Rental Space
We have two spaces available for Weddings, Baptisms, Meetings and other occasions.

The fee for the space includes use of:

  • Church for photos and rehearsals 

  • Sanctuary or Chapel for Ceremony

  • Fireside Room for photos 

  • Brides Dressing Room 

  • Sound equipment 

  • Parking lot (no overnight parking)

Also available for an additional fee:  

  • SPUCC Clergy

  • SPUCC Organist
